This policy explains what information Conversion Copy Agency LLC collects, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We keep it short and specific, because a privacy policy you can't read isn't much of a policy.
1. Who we are
Conversion Copy Agency LLC ("Conversion Copy Agency," "we," "us," or "our") builds websites, content, and search authority for contractors in the mold remediation, water damage, and environmental restoration industries. This policy covers www.conversioncopyagency.com and the communications we send in connection with it.

2. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you submit our contact form, we collect your business name, your name, your email address, and — if you choose to provide them — your phone number, your website address, and whatever you write in the message field. If you check the text messaging box, we also record that you consented and when.
Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, browser type, referring page, and timestamps. These are used for security and reliability, not for profiling or advertising.
3. How we use your information
We use what we collect to:
- Respond to your inquiry and answer your questions.
- Review your website and Verified Remediation profile when you've asked us to.
- Coordinate scheduling and follow up about work in progress.
- Send text messages, but only if you explicitly opted in.
- Keep the site secure and working, and meet our legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
4. Text messaging (SMS)
If you give us your mobile number and check the consent box on our contact form, you are opting in to receive text messages from Conversion Copy Agency about your inquiry — replies to your questions, scheduling, and updates on your project. Consent is never a condition of purchase, and the form submits whether or not you check the box.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and you can reply HELP for assistance. Full program details are in our Terms and Conditions.
Mobile information sharing
We do not share mobile contact information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We retain a record of your consent — the number provided, the date and time, the IP address the form was submitted from, the page it was submitted from, and the exact disclosure you agreed to — for as long as we message you and for a reasonable period afterward, so we can demonstrate that consent was given.
5. How we share information
We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with the service providers we need to operate, and only to the extent required to do their job:
- Vercel — website hosting and server logs.
- Resend — delivery of contact form notifications and confirmation emails.
- Aircall — telephone and text messaging service.
These providers act on our instructions and are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes. We may also disclose information where required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
As stated in section 4, text messaging originator opt in data and consent are excluded from every category of sharing described above and will not be shared with any third parties.
6. Cookies and tracking
This website does not use advertising cookies, third-party tracking pixels, or cross-site analytics. If that changes, we will update this policy before turning anything on.
7. How long we keep it
We keep contact form submissions for as long as needed to respond and maintain a record of our correspondence, and text messaging consent records for as long as we message you plus a reasonable period afterward. When information is no longer needed, we delete it. You can ask us to delete yours sooner at any time.
8. Your choices
- Stop text messages. Reply STOP to any message. You'll get one final confirmation and nothing after that.
- Stop emails. Reply and ask, or use the unsubscribe link where one is present.
- Access, correct, or delete. Email us and we'll handle it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy law — we honor these requests regardless of where you live.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these choices.
9. Security
Our site is served over HTTPS and we limit access to submissions to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security — but we don't collect sensitive categories of data, and we don't keep what we don't need.
10. Children's privacy
This is a business-to-business service. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of the page. Material changes to how we handle text messaging consent will be communicated directly to anyone who has opted in.
