Client work is separate. If you engage Conversion Copy Agency LLC for websites, content, or link building, that work is governed by the separate written agreement between you and us — including anything about scope, fees, billing, and cancellation. These terms cover this website and our messaging program only, and nothing here replaces or overrides your service agreement.
2. Use of this website
You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site, interfere with its operation, scrape or harvest it by automated means, or submit false information through our forms.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site at any time without notice.

4. Text messaging (SMS) terms
What the program is
Conversion Copy Agency uses text messaging to respond to inquiries you send us, coordinate scheduling, and answer questions about your website or link building project. This is a conversational customer care program — we do not send promotional or marketing text messages.
How to opt in
You opt in by providing your mobile number and checking the text messaging consent box on our contact form. The box is not checked by default and you are never required to check it — consent is not a condition of purchase, and the form submits either way. By opting in you agree to receive customer service and account text messages at the number you provided.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your activity and our communications with you.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. We don't charge you for text messages, but your mobile carrier may — check your plan.

Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier and your device, and we cannot guarantee that every message will arrive. Don't rely on text messaging for anything time-critical or urgent.
Your privacy
We do not share mobile contact information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text messaging opt in data and consent are never shared with any third parties.
